40th Birthday+25 Year Heartiversary=♥️🥳
Valerie had a heart transplant on June 22, 1999. This year is her 25th year with her new heart. Some transplant patients celebrate the date as a second birthday. Being such a significant milestone (and she turned 40 this year, too), she and her family will host a birthday and "heartiversary" celebration for all their family and friends! We hope you can join us!
Visit this site often, as we will share exciting activities and updates as they are firmed up.
Complimentary food and snacks will be served all night. An ice cream truck will be on site from 5-6 p.m. serving free frozen treats.
Complimentary soft drinks, beer, wine, and cocktails available. (It's a "semi" open bar.) Themed cocktails, with and without alcohol, will be available, too.
The Owlz Band will play our favorite classic rock all evening. Assuming nice weather, the band will play outside. Some outdoor seating is available. Feel free to bring a blanket or chairs.
All ages welcome!
Feeling tired? This event will have chairs with access to an air-conditioned event center with bathrooms.
Have kids who need to shake their sillies out? We will have energetic activity coordinators available to play with kiddos.
